J. A. Construction has a lot of experience in the tenant improvement market. We have completed projects ranging from small interior tenant improvements for office spaces within existing tenant spaces, to complete interior renovations for new tenants, to complete interior and exterior remodeling of existing buildings.
We are always taking into the consideration the needs of the building, and the other building tenants. Knowing that building within an occupied space or building requires careful and considerate planning so we can go unnoticed. We are always striving to be a quiet and courteous contractor keeping every need into consideration. Prior to the commencement of any project we meet to discuss building issues and concerns with building management and their maintenance/engineering team. We find that we have success in creating a strong project team which allows for open dialog and understanding.
