Steamboat Square is a multi-building project at Steamboat Island on Highway 101, just west of Olympia. When complete, the project will feature seven new buildings totaling 23,000 square feet and a complete exterior remodel of the existing single story building at 8,000 square feet. In total, there will be eight buildings making up Steamboat Square.
In the current stage of the project, J.A. Morris Construction, LLC has completed the complete exterior remodel of the existing building and five of the seven new buildings. The last two buildings are under construction right now. This project is on schedule to be completed by the end of Summer 2018.
