J.A. Morris Construction took this property from a large hill and re-contoured the lot to make it acceptable for building. The site work includes all infrastructure, plus a 50 foot tall, 500 foot long retaining wall. Once the site development was complete it allowed us to build the masonry block and wood framed building that is now the site of Topping Volvo. Satellite mapping of the topography shows that the site has not moved one inch since its completion in 1999.
