This was a renovation of an old Safeway building that J.A. Morris, LLC completely demolished all, but the building shell, updating the structure to current seismic, structural, and energy standards. We also completely changed the entry façade and created multiple window and door openings in the existing concrete walls. Finally, we also completed the construction of the tenant space to professional office space.
