The 1404 Harrison Avenue building was originally built in the 1930s and had been added onto several times. J.A. Morris Construction, LLC, made exterior improvements, including seismic roof upgrades, front façade upgrades (including paint, metal, new lighting, and a new awning), and a complete interior remodel, including energy efficiency upgrades and exposed and refinished original posts and beams.
